We are shipping from Birmingham, United Kingdom, for domestic standard orders. Westwood Midlands Ltd retains the right to choose the carrier (for example FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL, or another). Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days. The shipping time is added to the processing time.

Usually, all orders are delivered within 3-4 business days, however, this is only an approximation. In case of any delays, we will aim to contact you. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, and you have not heard from us, please reach out to us on our contact page.

We only ship to mainland Great Britain (PO Box addresses are excluded). If you require delivery to a location other than the mainland GB, please contact us prior to placing an order. We will confirm if delivery is possible and delivery charges applicable. Northern Ireland deliveries are sometimes possible without any surcharges but are subject to postcode confirmation checks with our carriers.

The standard mainland GB shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

All orders can be returned at your expense. We will issue a refund only if you return unopened items unused within 30 days of receipt unless faulty. Any fault issue must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. 

If your order comes back to us as unclaimed, we will contact you and either resend it to you at an additional shipping fee or refund the item price. The shipping fee is not refundable.

We do our best to be quick and efficient at dispatching your order, we pack it with attention and care, we rely on our trusted shipping partners who deliver our shipments to you, and we are happy when everything goes as planned. But if there is any issue with it, please let us know as there is always a way to resolve it!
